There is no such thing as "work-life balance"

I don't think there is such thing as "work-life balance" because when you see life as an integrated part of the whole humanity as being you see no separation.

When we integrating all part of us, we as a child, as a parent, as a professional, as a worker, as an artist, as a neighbour, as a sibling, as our indivual self, we don't have to balancing anything since essentialy they are all the same. We don't have to feel guilty to choose one over the other.

Isn't it liberating to see all as a unified whole rather than fragmented parts that keeps us juggling from time to time in our effort to perfectly dividing our time between our many roles and responsibilities?  Because we are not a machine to be optimized. We are more than just vital signs and numbers. We are human being meant to live, feel, love and yes, at time rest.

This is a contemplation of myself to see thing as a whole. To live a life that is complete and meaningful. It gives me more sustainable, life-giving rhythm. One that does not erode my humanity.
